FLYFISH ALASKA

..FLOAT TRIP SCHEDULE



Day 1: Depart Anchorage

Morning packing amidst the incredible wildflowers!

FAR REMOTE TRIPS: Fly out to western Alaska where you will be met by your guides at that airport and make further connections to put-in, float, fish, & camp on the river that night.

CLOSE REMOTE TRIPS: Meet your guides at the Anchorage air taxi service; fly out to put-in, float, fish, & camp on the river that night.
*depends on choice of river.

Alaskan Beauty
Days 2-6: River Days
Continue floating and catching fish. We stop at every likely spot to wade fish. We drift our rafts through otherwise unreachable holes, giving the most perfect access to the best water. Hearty lunches served riverside. Gourmet dinners prepared for you at new camp while you relax with hors d'oeuvres or wet a line one more time. We float approximately 7-15 miles a day, depending on the length of the river and group preference.

Final Day: Early Fishing & Afternoon Travel
Final chance to wet your line in the early morning. Meet pick-up plane or boat at take out in the late afternoon and fly out to Anchorage or nearest connecting village.
